(1) Relevant personal information you provide to us when registering an account or using our services, such as account name, mobile phone number, avatar, email address, password, etc.
(2) When you use specific products or services of Xiaoshuoyun (such as targeted recommendation services, reward/item redemption, etc.), in order to satisfy the purpose of providing such products and services, in addition to the information provided upon registration, you may further be required to provide your real name, gender, date of birth, identity card / national ID number, frequently used address, and other information. If you do not use these specific products and services, you do not need to provide such information.
(3) Log information, which refers to technical information that the system may automatically collect through cookies, web beacons, or other means when you use our services, including:
- Device or software information, such as configuration information provided by your mobile device, web browser, or other programs used to access our services, your IP address, OS version, and device identifiers (such as IDFA, UUID, Android ID);
- Search and browsing information generated when using our services, such as web search keywords entered, URLs of social media pages visited, and details of other information and content browsed or requested when using our services;
- Communication information transmitted through our services, such as communication account IDs, communication timestamps, data volume, and duration;
- Information contained in the content you share through our services.
(4) Location information, including: geographic location information collected via GPS, Wi-Fi, or cellular networks when you use our services through location-enabled mobile devices; real-time information containing your geographic location provided by you or other users (such as region information in account profiles, shared posts showing current or past locations, geotagged photos). You may stop the collection of your geographic location information at any time by disabling the location services in your device settings.
All the above data and information are collected anonymously where applicable. At the same time, we apply encryption and security safeguards to ensure information security.
II. Purposes for Which We Use Collected Information
(1) We may use the information collected in the course of providing services to you for the following purposes:

- Ensuring the security of the products and services we provide to you;

(1) Xiaoshuoyun treats your information with a high degree of diligence. Except in the following circumstances, we will not share your personal information with any third party without your consent:
- To achieve the purposes listed in "Purposes for Which We Use Collected Information", we may share your information with affiliates based on the principle of necessity, in order to comprehensively enhance the quality and personalization of Xiaoshuoyun products and services;
- Based on your authorization, and provided that third parties have legitimate and lawful grounds, we may share your information with alliance members, business partners, and other trusted third-party suppliers, service providers, and agents, so that they can provide the services you require or improve service quality and personalization;
- To perform obligations and exercise rights under the Xiaoshuoyun Service Agreement, this Privacy Policy, and other applicable user agreements and platform rules.
(2) When sharing your information, we will urge our affiliates, partners, and other trusted third-party suppliers, service providers, and agents to comply with this Privacy Policy and require them to adopt appropriate confidentiality and security measures to process such information.
(3) If we or our affiliates are involved in transactions such as mergers, divisions, liquidations, acquisitions, or sales of assets or business, your personal information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will ensure the confidentiality of such information at the time of transfer and endeavor to ensure that it continues to be governed by other applicable privacy policies after transfer. You acknowledge and agree to this.
(4) We may also access, use, retain, or disclose your information for the following purposes:
- Complying with applicable laws, regulations, court judgments/rulings, or mandatory requirements of government authorities;
- Enforcing applicable terms of service (including investigating potential violations);

As long as you do not delete shared information, such information will remain in the public domain; even after you delete shared information, relevant information may still be independently cached, copied, or stored by other users or unrelated third parties not under our control, or kept in the public domain by other users or such third parties. Therefore, please carefully consider the content of information you upload, post, and communicate through our services, especially information involving personal sensitive data.
VII. Emails and Messages We May Send to You
(1) Emails and Information Push: When you use our services, we may use your information to send emails, news, or push notifications to your device. If you do not wish to receive such messages, you may choose to unsubscribe on your device according to our relevant prompts.
(2) Service Announcements: We may issue service-related announcements to you when necessary (such as when a service is temporarily suspended due to system maintenance). You may not be able to opt out of these service-related announcements that are non-promotional in nature.
VIII. Exceptions to the Privacy Policy
(1) Our services may include or link to social media or other services (including websites) provided by third parties. For example, when you use a "Share" button to share content to our services, or when you use third-party login services to log in to our services. These features may collect your information (including log information) and may set cookies on your device to ensure proper functionality; or we may provide links through advertisements or other features enabling you to access third-party services or websites.
(2) Such third-party social media or other services may be operated by relevant third parties or by us. Your use of such third-party services (including any personal information you provide to such third parties) is subject to the third party's terms of service and privacy policies (and not this Privacy Policy or general terms). You must read their terms carefully. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us and does not apply to any third-party services or third-party data practices. We assume no responsibility for any third party's use of information provided by you.
IX. Minors' Use of Our Services
